Ios 9 sluggish n no animations

Installed 2 days ago ios 9 n guess wat automatically all animations are being missing… Returning to home just feels very flat n sluggish… No animations at all… I downgraded to 8.4.1.. Is der anyone who is expereincing d same issue ? Or m d only one ?
